  • A 60-minute individualized virtual session.

  • A diet & lifestyle plan. 

  • A weekly menu plan. 

  • A selection of 10 whole food, plant-based recipes.

three-month program

INCLUDES:

  • A 30-minute health assessment. 

  • A 90-minute  individualized virtual session.

  • A diet & lifestyle plan. 

  • Two weekly menu plans. 

  • A selection of 20 whole food, plant-based recipes.

  • Two individual follow-up sessions. 

  • Three "check-in" calls.

She specializes in improving both energy levels and digestive health, as well as in weight management. 

Her approach focuses on a whole food, plant based diet and the development of balanced lifestyle habits through a holistic lens.
